Stella partner terms

About this translation

This is an English translation, provided so you can read what you are agreeing to. The Dutch version is the binding one: if the two texts differ on any point, the Dutch text applies. You can read it at stella-app.nl/partnervoorwaarden.

These terms apply to everyone who takes part in the Stella partner program (a product of Mayelow, KvK 91736838, Diemen). By signing up, you agree to them.

1. Signing up and approval

You sign up at partners.stella-app.nl. We review every application and may turn it down without giving a reason. You may only start promoting once you are approved.

2. Commission

You receive 20% of every payment from a customer who comes in through your link or code, for 12 months from their first payment. Someone who joins the waiting list through your link and becomes a paying member after launch counts too. If you bring in another partner yourself, you receive 5% of the sales made through that partner. In case of a refund, chargeback or fraud, the commission on that payment lapses.

3. Payouts

Commissions are held for 14 days first. After that we pay out monthly once your balance is €10 or more, by bank transfer in euros. Payouts are only possible with a KvK (Dutch Chamber of Commerce) or VAT number. Stella draws up the invoice on your behalf (self-billing) and puts it in your dashboard. You are responsible for your own tax return.

4. How you promote

You promote Stella honestly and within the law, including the rules on advertising. Not allowed: bidding on the brand name Stella in search engines, rewarding people for signing up or buying, spam, misleading promises, and purchases through your own link. Stella is not investment advice and does not give financial advice; do not present it that way either.

5. Brand and materials

You may use the name, the logo and the materials from the Creative library to promote Stella, without changing them. This right ends when your participation ends.

6. Ending participation

You and we can end your participation at any time. If you break these terms, we may withhold outstanding commission. Commission earned from honest sales is paid out.

7. Changes

We may change these terms or the commission. We announce changes at least 30 days in advance, and they never apply retroactively.

8. Liability and governing law

Our liability is limited to the amount of commission we paid you in the preceding 12 months. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
